This guide walks you through exactly how to access your Corjl order, what to do if you can’t find your link, and what to expect if you paid with Apple Pay.
After purchase: what happens next?
Once your payment is processed, your template will be delivered via Corjl, our online editing platform. Corjl connects your order to the email address used at checkout, which is how you’ll access your files.
There are two easy ways to open and edit your order.
Option 1: Access your order via the Corjl email (most common)
After placing an order, you’ll receive an email directly from Corjl within about 10 minutes of payment.
This email contains a secure link that takes you directly to your purchased template (see the photo below for reference). Please click on "Edit Your Item" from that email.
If you don’t see the email:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Make sure you've entered a correct email address when placing an order.
If your email is no longer active, don’t worry, just contact us, and we can resend your order to a new email address. Please let us know your Order ID and your preferred email address.
Option 2: Access your order directly on Corjl.com
You can also access your templates manually by going to Corjl.com and clicking “Edit My Design.”
From there, you’ll be prompted to:
- Create a free Corjl customer account (if it’s your first time), and
- Enter your Order ID and the email address used at purchase
This method is especially helpful if you missed the original email or want to keep all your designs in one Corjl account.
Best practices before you start editing
A few tips to make things smooth from the beginning:
- If this is your first time using Corjl, you’ll need to create a free account
- It’s best to use the same email address you used at checkout, as your order is linked to it
- Corjl works best on a desktop or laptop web browser (not in-app browsers or mobile apps). Chrome is our recommended browser.
Important note for Apple Pay users
If you paid using Apple Pay and selected “Hide My Email”, Apple may have created a private relay email that looks something like:
@privaterelay.appleid.com
When this happens, Corjl may not be able to email you directly.
The fix is simple:
Email us at hello@junestudiodesignss.com with:
- Your order number, and
- A current email address you’d like us to use
We’ll resend your Corjl access link manually.
Still can’t find your order?
If:
- You didn’t receive a Corjl email, and
- Your Order ID isn’t found on Corjl.com
