What is a Corjl template?
Corjl is an online editing platform that lets you customise your templates directly in your web browser. No software is required.
After purchase, Corjl emails you a link to access your template. You can edit text, fonts, colours, and text placement. A demo link is available on each product page to try before purchasing.
For size or orientation changes, please contact us.
Do I need to install any software?
No. Corjl works entirely in your web browser. An internet connection is required.
For best results, use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on a desktop or laptop.
How do I access my templates after purchase?
Corjl will email an access link to the email address used at checkout within a few minutes. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
New users will be prompted to create a free Corjl account.
Returning users can log in directly at Corjl.com
I am still missing my Corjl link. My email address is no longer in use. What should I do next?
If your email is no longer in use, please reply with an up-to-date email, and we can redo the order.

How do I edit my Corjl templates?
A Corjl Basics and Printing Guide is included with every purchase and provides step-by-step editing instructions.

How do I replace an image?
Images can be replaced directly in templates

Can I add a QR code to my template?
Yes. Corjl has a built-in QR code feature.

Can I edit templates on my phone or tablet?
Yes, but a desktop or laptop is strongly recommended for easier editing and
downloading print files.
How do I download my files for printing?
Download instructions are included in our Corjl Basics and Printing Guide.
Basically, for professional printing:
• Download at the design’s default size
• Choose PDF or JPEG (PDF preferred)
• Check “Show Bleed”
• Check “Flatten PDF”
• Confirm with your printer if trim marks are required. If they are, please also check "Show Trim Marks".
What paper type do you recommend?
Detailed recommendations are included in our Printing Guide. Here are our general guidelines:
• Invitations and small signs: 300gsm (110lb) or higher
• Flat place cards: minimum 220gsm (80lb), 300gsm recommended
• Folded or tent cards: 180–220gsm (65–80lb)
Your printer can also advise on the best paper option.
Where can I print my designs?
You may print through Corjl Prints, at home, or with a professional printer.
Popular options include:
• Australia: Officeworks, Snap Printing, Kwik Kopy, Vistaprint
• United States: Staples, Office Depot, FedEx Office, MOO, Vistaprint
• United Kingdom: MOO, Vistaprint
Do my templates expire?
Template access lasts either 90 days or 1 year, depending on the product. This is listed in the product description.
If your event is postponed, please contact us for an extension.
Are there usage restrictions?
Yes. Templates are for personal use only.
You may edit and print them for your event.
You may not resell, share, redistribute, or create new designs from them.
What are your business hours?
We are based in Sydney, Australia.
Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (AEST).
Messages received outside these hours will be answered on
the next business day.
